Explanation

A temperature solution is performed on the part and then on the overmolded component. The two solutions are iterated together till the solutions converge to same temperatures on the part/overmolded component interface. In this case a converged solution can not be reached.

Resolution

The most likely cause of this warning is due to poor mesh matching between the part and the overmolded component.
