Explanation

The Poisson's ratio in the Leadframe material Properties tab is outside of the allowed range of values.

Resolution

Select (Analysis > Process Settings Wizard)**, and navigate to the Profile Settings page of the Wizard. Click Advanced options..., then click the Edit... button associated with Leadframe material. Select the Properties tab and correct the Poisson's ratio.
