Explanation

The number of profiled intermediate results in the filling phase is invalid. Values allowed are 0, 4, 8, 12 and 20.

Resolution

Click (Analysis > Process Settings Wizard) and navigate to the Profile Settings dialog. Click Advanced options..., then click the Edit.... button associated with Solver parameters. Select the Intermediate Output tab and change the output settings for the Filling phase.
