Explanation

One or more of the modeled cooling channels do not have sufficient elements along their length.

Resolution

For optimum control over the mesh density of the cooling circuits, without affecting the mesh density on the part, model and mesh the cooling circuits in a separate study, then select (File > Import) in the original study to import the cooling system model.
