Explanation

The calculated mold restraint related contribution to the predicted parallel shrinkage within the part exceeded the measured limits obtained under the range of process conditions considered in the shrinkage testing of the material.

Resolution

If the percentage part volume value is high, then the results of the Shrink analysis may not be reliable because the process conditions used in this study are significantly different to those considered in the shrinkage testing.
