Explanation

The second overmolding Fill+Pack analysis must have the same number of layers across the thickness as the first Fill+Pack analysis.

Resolution

Set the number of layers across thickness the same as for the first Fill+Pack analysis by clicking Advanced options in the Process Settings Wizard, then click Edit next to Solver parameters. Then, re-run the analysis.
