** WARNING 201425 ** The model is too large to be analyzed with the buckling analysis option. The analysis type is now switched to large deflection.

Explanation

The warpage stability can be determined by either a linear Buckling analysis or, more accurately, by a nonlinear Large deflection analysis. For large Midplane models, greater than 80,000 nodes, the warp solver automatically switches the analysis type from Buckling to Large deflection, to enable the analysis to proceed.

Resolution

No action is required if a Large deflection analysis type is desired. Otherwise

• Remesh the part with a coarser mesh to reduce the node count to less than 80,000, if it is possible to do so without losing resolution on part features.
