Explanation

No value has been specified for the number of laminates across the beam radius in the Thermoplastic injection molding solver parameters (3D) dialog.

Resolution

Click (Analysis > Process Settings Wizard), click Advanced options, then click the Edit button associated with Solver parameters. Select the Mesh tab and choose the Number of laminates across beam radius.
