** ERROR 201430 ** Warp analysis failed while finding solution to multi-point constraint equations. Improve the mesh quality and run the analysis again.

Explanation

Poor mesh quality can lead to nodes with too many neighboring nodes. This is particularly so when doing overmolding analyses. When nodes have too many neighbors, the solver cannot maintain the constraint equations.

Resolution

• Simplify the model geometry.
• Refine the surface mesh and then remesh to tetrahedra.
