Explanation

No value has been specified for the intermediate results in the Thermoplastic injection molding solver parameters (3D) dialog.

Resolution

Go to (Analysis > Process Settings Wizard), click Advanced options..., then click the Edit... button associated with Solver parameters. Select the Fill + Pack Analysis tab and specify a value for the Intermediate results.
