Explanation

The solver needs to separate the part mesh from the label mesh in order to continue. In this instance the solver is unable to separate the label mesh from the part mesh.

Resolution

Check the interface between the part mesh and the label mesh. If the matching is not good remesh the part ensuring better contact. Label elements should not intersect part elements and part elements should not intersect the label component elements.
