Explanation

Error 3000403 will occur under the following conditions:

• The filepath specified is invalid or does not point to the material file.

Resolution

Check the Modifier file used by the studymod utility and correct the following where relevant.

• Ensure that the material file is valid.
• Verify that the material file is in the location pointed to by the Modifier file.
