The SurfDeform modifier works the same way as the PatchDeform modifier, except that it uses a NURBS Point or CV surface instead of a patch surface to apply surface deformation.

Procedures
To use the SurfDeform modifier:
- Select an object.
- From the
Modify panel
Modifier List, choose Object Space Modifiers
SurfDeform.
- On the Parameters rollout, click Pick Surface.

Select a NURBS Point or CV surface.
- Deform the object by adjusting the controls in the Surface Deform group.
