Use the Wait Distances dialog to specify when the secondary tool and/or sub-spindle engages.
To display this dialog, click the Wait Distances button on the Set Modes dialog.
Note: This button is available only if the currently loaded postprocessor supports wait distances.
The following options are available:
Tool Wait Z — Enter the Z coordinate on the stock when the secondary tool engages. Specify this value for processes that are machined on the main spindle with two tools (M2).
Sub Spindle Wait Z — Enter the Z coordinate on the stock when the sub-spindle engages. Specify this value for processes that are machined in the main spindle with one (M1) or two (M2) tools and have a sub-spindle mode of Follow Support (SF) or Non-Follow Support (SN).
