Use the NC Program Editor dialog to select the application you want to use for editing NC programs.
To display this dialog, click NC Program Editor on the Preferences dialog.
The following settings are available:
Use Multi-Channel Editor — Select this option to set the Multi-Channel Editor as the default NC program editor that is displayed when you click Launch NC Program Editor on the NC Program window. The Path field and Open 
split button are unavailable when this option is selected.
Open — Click the arrow beside the Open split button to display the options:
- Select Editor — Select this option to display the Select NC_Editor dialog, where you select the application you want to use for editing NC programs.
- Default Editor — Select this option to set Notepad.exe as the default application for editing NC programs.
OK — Click to confirm your settings and close the dialog.
Cancel — Click to close the dialog without applying any changes.
