Select Z Coordinate dialog (PartMaker)

Use the Select Z Coordinate dialog to set the Z coordinate at which to add extra edges to the solid model in the XY plane.

To display this dialog, select Solids > Utilities > Insert Edges at Intersection with XY Plane from the Menu bar.

Either enter the Z-coordinate manually in the Z Coordinate field or click the solid model to select the Z-coordinate from:

• A vertex.
• The mid-point of an edge.
• The center of an arc.
