The following additional options are available on the Simulation Options dialog in PartMaker/Mill:
Display Control
- Use Setup Assembly — Select this option to display the setup assembly during simulation.
When this option is selected, PartMaker displays the solid models for setup assembly components (that is, the machine table, the stock and any machine fixtures, such as clamps) during simulation.
This option is available only if the .job file uses a setup assembly.
Report Collision Types
- Tool with Clamps — Checks for collisions between the tool (or Insert) and clamps.
- Tool with Table — Checks for collisions between the tool and the table.
- Tool Head with Table — Checks for collisions between the tool head and the table.
